In 2020 one of the goals I set out for myself is to be more present. With that being said, this book seems to be the kick in the butt that I am in dire need of. It can be really hard to get caught up in everything that is going on in the world and we all need guidance on how to focus on the present instead of what we can't control. I can't wait to read more!
