I think this book could be a life-changer. I am someone that is constantly worried, anxious, with a mind going a mile-a-minute. I am a workaholic and a super busy person. To learn to slow down, be more mindful, and to derive happiness from internal factors instead of external factors would be an incredible change for me. I cannot wait to read the rest of this book and learn how to first heal, and then change!
