I received an ARC of this book from BookishFirst after being drawn in by the first few pages and immediately entering to win it. This book wasn't at all what I was expecting. It provides a much different perspective on marriage than what you'd expect to read in today's "me, me, me" "now, now, now" culture. As a older millennial, I'm painfully aware that I sometimes fall in with the newer societal norm of simply throwing something away instead of taking the time and effort to fix it. The author's perspective made me push back at first because it seemed so foreign and even slightly uncomfortable but the surprise ending really resonated with me. I don't think this book fell into my lap by accident. I needed to read this book at this specific moment in time. If you're looking for a read that will make you really think and even perhaps take you out of your comfort zone, I highly recommend Still Crazy. I can't wait for the next book in the series to see what the characters are up to next!
