It was so nice to receive this book in a drawing from the author herself, with lovely personal touches! The book centers around the main character Julie. Julie is very easy to like and I am sure very easy for many women to relate to. She feels that her marriage is strong and rock solid but is shaken to her core when she discovers her husband’s infidelity.
Of course this revelation sends her on a new path, trying to figure out “What’s next?” Anyone who has gone through the breakdown of a marriage can relate to your world being turned upside down and not knowing what to do.
I admired Julie for her strength, resiliency, and also her sense of humor. I think she even surprised herself at times.
I would recommend this book to all women, I think everyone would enjoy it and find some piece of themselves in Julie’s character. We are all strong and resilient in our own way and need to acknowledge that more!
