When I found out Marie was writing another series, I was ecstatic. I have been reading all her books since I first picked up Legend. This book came at the right time, I was reading lots of fantasy and slower paced books. This book was perfect for having a fun time while reading, while not realizing the pages flying by.
I loved stepping into the world of Sydney and Winter, Marie's writing is so beautiful to read. I have no idea how she creates stories which invite you in so immersively. Winter and Sydney's chemistry is an enjoyment to read, and found myself loving both these characters super quickly.
I am trying to keep this review spoiler free, as I believe going into this book with no idea of the plot is probably the most fun way to read this! So if you are looking for a fun read please pick this up, I guarantee you will devour it just like me!
