Something I've always loved about Marie is her drive to write something different each series. She always scores a home run, I expect no different here. Can't wait to read the whole thing. A spy and a entertainer working together to make the world a better place. This feels like it will be on the lighter side. Only seeing Winter in these two chapters though it's hard to tell. Winter seems like a strong character with a lost soul. Everyone loves him except himself. We also get a taste of Sydney with her code name Jackal. Already getting the sunshine grumpy feel to it. This was just a quick taste of where the book will take us not even getting into the main plot we already know the main jist of where this headed. Quick intro is always a good thing. Marie is a guaranteed buy for me and this short snippet shows that I won't be disappointed. This next month can't come soon enough
