I generally avoid romance books, especially those touted as enemies to lovers, because they all end up feeling like the same story. I didn't expect to enjoy this at all and was prepared to pass on it. Well, color me surprised when I was looking for more at the end of the First Look. I love the back story, the mystery, and the idea of a tortured superstar looking for a way to feel more human. Definitely interested in this one!
