I honestly had such a great time with this book. It is middle grade and the writing style makes it seem so much shorter. I literally flew through this book and finished it in a few hours.
I loved how well the author wrote this book. There is good representation on an overweight girl dealing with everyday and getting used to living and being confident with her body. I really enjoyed this book, nothing too crazy happened but it was still such an adorable book.
I definitely would recommend this one to middle graders. Not only is it so lovely but it also has great rep and I think it could open their eyes and learn that body doesn’t matter, we’re all even.
