I'm not typically into sci-fi but the cover was intriguing so I gave it a shot. When I saw the file was 53 pages I almost ditched it, but I read the dedication and the first few lines and before I knew it, I had finished. I'm glad I stuck through it because I rather like Duncan. Jessica feels a bit self-righteous but when you're forced to do something life-changing against your will it makes sense. I wonder what happened to the rest of the shipmates. She said there were fifteen, but five graves. Was she unable to identify the bodies, were there no bodies, or did she just not know their names? I'd like to know what happens next. Whether I was a clone or I had a clone, I can imagine a lot of interesting things, and I hope this lives up to them.
