I read a lot of YA novels, but this one seems a bit darker than most. Savannah has a lot on her plate, and it'll be interesting to see how she handles it all. It seems like it'll be an emotional tale. The characters seem well-drawn and authentic, with voices that are age-appropriate. I always wanted to learn ballet, so I think that angle appeals to me, as well.
