This review is based solely off of my first impression.
The cover grabbed my attention right off the bat. It's so pretty! The flowers and the font go really well together. Even the dragonfly adds to the effect. I love it. The title itself is very intriguing and immediately made me want to read it.
I was a little disappointed to find out that this book is part of a series (and isn't the first in it). I only found this out by being slightly confused as to what was going on. I looked the book up on Goodreads and that is how I found out. That being said, I now really want to read the first book in this series, "Forest of a Thousand Lanterns," so I can read this book and understand what is going on!
