Love, Magic, Adventure, I'm In :)

I was cheering for Lan & Tam but then BAM! We learn the truth. Boa seems like a nice guy but he went about it the wrong way, but at least he's honest, took him a bit though. I'm intrigued to see what happens with Bao. I feel bad for him but in the same time he shouldn't be lying. I like what I've read so far. I want to dive into this world and see what happens next with Lan. Will she redeem herself? She seems kind and knows she did wrong.

I'm loving the Vietnamese influence in this book, love reading about other cultures, even if it has fictional places, names and things. I end up learning more about myths and fairytales of other cultures. Can't wait to read more about Lan and Boa :)
