Very diverse and interesting POV I've never seen before.
First the cover, I absolutely loved the cover and it really gave me a feel for the characters from the get go. It also matched the historical vibe.
Second the plot, I really liked the plot and how the story was shown more from the person of color point of view instead. It brought upon a very interesting take from the time period and I can't wait to read more. I can't help but relate with Amy and on her desire to explore and see more.
