Nowadays, there are some really impressive and beautiful covers, especially from top publishers. “Real people” on covers just looks cheap to me, and I don’t like this cover at all. As for the retelling plot, it sounds really interesting but I’m not a fan of the idea (because I don’t like retellings). A separate story would be much more appealing to me. However, I believe that there is an audience way more inclined to read and enjoy this than me, and for that reason, I am glad!
