Based on the preview I read, the book should be excellent, grabbing the readers attention and keeping him engrossed, until the end comes. I loved the opening on the plane with the two orphans. When the man goes down and she is up taking action to save his life, it totally draws your attention from the fact of the worries she had regarding the airplane, so that when you hear the copilot say he can not get back into the cockpit, the reader is taken by surprise.
I found all the characters, thus far, to be engaging and likable. They seem realistic and this is a story that can take the reader away from reality, yet at the same time offers a mixture of truth that this could happen as we are flying on a plane.
