After I won I found out that it was book two in the series Thea Paris, I had to hold on to this beautiful book while I hunted down and finished book one, The Freedom Broker. I LOVED The Freedom Broker and was super excited to jump into Skyjack.
Skyjack did not disappoint me. The prologue gets your heart beating and you moving to the edge of your seat. The last sentence in chapter one keeps you on the edge of your seat! This is a book that I could have sat down and read straight through if I did not have adulting to do.
I think that you could just jump into Skyjack without reading book one, The Freedom Broker. You still get character development and there are not too many illusions to book one that you feel like you missed anything too big.
