I absolutely adored this book and am very ready for the second book. I devoured it in just a few hours. I was instantly hooked within the first few pages. This was my first book by Marie Lu and will so lead to me binging everything else she has written. What I really enjoyed most was her writing style. The way the actions scenes were written really grasped my attention and I could fully picture every move each character was making. The writing made me feel as if I was part of the action myself. Those scenes really helped to pull me in and the were some of my favorite parts of the book. They allowed me to be more invented in the story. I also cared for each character and was invested in each of them, their lives, and their part in Skyhunter. Each character was developed well and share a unique perspective. I cannot event imagine where the second book will take us, but I am here for it!
