I am already a fan of Marie Lu’s and when I saw the synopsis and cover for this new book of hers, I was immediately intrigued. First of all, that cover! It does an amazing job of grabbing the potential readers attention right off the bat. It’s gorgeous.
Like I said before, I have been anticipating this book since it was announced, but after reading the sneak peak, my excitement for this book has escalated even more.
I don’t think I’ve ever read anything quite like this book before. I absolutely love what I have read so far, and I am even more excited for this books release to read the rest! Marie Lu is an amazing storyteller and it shows very well in her writing, and what I’ve read of Skyhunter so far. The opening of the book grabbed my attention immediately and had me giddy to continue reading. As I said before, I love her writing and I can’t wait to see where she takes the rest of the story.
