My attention was first grabbed by the eye-popping cover of this novel, and further cemented when I realized it was by Marie Lu! I was a huge fan of her Legend series growing up and I'm thrilled to give this new novel a try. From the excerpt, it seems like it'll be a darker take on the YA genre, and I'm enraptured by the concept of the Ghosts. I already like Talin, and I can't wait to learn more!
