I'm not a fan of the cover - it doesn't quite stand out well enough, nor does it convey any hint of what the book is about. Although I was interested because the book is written by Marie Lu and I've heard a lot of great things about her previous series!
The intro chapters are a little bit overwhelming, but once I got used to the vocabulary, I really got into the story - it didn't take long to get me hooked into the characters. It promises lots of action and I'm very much looking forward to the rest of the story!
