This book is a prime example of why anyone could fall in love with fantasy, and while I personally am not super drawn to fantasy as a genre, even I still managed to be extremely engaged throughout the course of this entire book. The cover is absolutely stunning and the writing style is so beautiful and has is much tonal effect on the book that really enhances its quality. Since it was published, I have seen a lot of people rave about this book and have seen it in bookstores under sections where books that are popular and likely loved reads are placed, and I can say with full confidence that I believe this book completely deserves all the praise it has been getting. This book has definitely become one of my top reads of the year even though I generally don't enjoy fantasy, so I would encourage anyone looking for a good read to give this story a try.
