This is the best book Marie Lu has written. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a tad slow at times, but I'm pretty sure it took me less than a week to read and I'm a full time college student with 8 classes. If you didn't know, that shows dedication right there ahaha! There was a brooding love interest, telepathy, found family, and many many other of those beautiful YA tropes we all love :) Along with those lovely pieces, it also has those (also generic) pieces of a YA novel, including the misfortune of literally everyone in the world being useless other than the teenage main characters / band of misfits.
Now, onto the more cosmetic and fluffy bits of the book, Skyhunter. To start, this cover is what drew me in. I haven't particularly loved any of Marie Lu's other books, but I couldn't stay away from this cover. It is literally so gorgeous. Also, side note, the book playlist, *chefs kiss*.
