Didn't Like The First Which Is Actually The Same

I realized as I was reading this that this is the sequel to a book sampled and did not like. So I did not get that far in trying to sample this one but I did not like this one either as far as I read it. Marie Lu writing may not be for me overall.

Edit: Turns out this is not the sequel but actually the same book in paperback, what I said still stands in terms of it not being for me.

The cover looks good it gives me more scifi intergalactic space opera vibes. It does catch a readers eyes.
