Sins of the Tribe was a riveting read about Wally who wants to play college football. I couldn’t help but think back to my high school days, and remember listening to my friends who played football. They all dreamed of playing for college- and hopefully more than that. I can say- none of them made it to the NFL.
In this book we meet Wally. Who is incredibly talented and plays for Bastille University. But with college and football, comes the drama and the moment when you have to decide what the right thing to do is.
This is a coming of age story where Wally has to decide to play football or to do the right thing. And unfortunately those two things can not happen at the exact same time.
I found the writing to really capture the stress of the situations, as well as the age group of the characters and the decisions they had to make. It was a book a really enjoyed.
