I would rate this book 2.5 stars but rounded up for the storyline. Dolly has just been released from prison. She is after the loot she had before she was incarcerated. However, there are others who want a piece of her loot as well. Definitely, not a boring storyline. However, this is not a stand alone book you definitely have to read Book 1 and 2 first. I read book 2 awhile ago so it took me some time to figure everything out.
The author made this book a slow burn (at first), which I didn't care for at all. I kept reading to the end but definitely wanted to stop a few times (in the beginning). After a little the book started to pick up and I felt a little more invested. Definitely one of those have to get passed the first 100 pages books. Then your in and will like the characters.
Overall, I like the characters and I'm glad I read the book. Definitely not a bad book. I don't know if I will read more by this author.
