I feel like the beginning was just hitting us over the head with "Dolly's a crook and a murderer but a good one! Love her!"
The other characters I'm not sure if I like. There's some more personal turns offs that I think people will just blame on this being set in the 90s, but I still don't like it.
The cover gives this book a far more mysterious look than the first 30 pages makes it out to be.
