From the title and description, I could tell that this book wouldn't be for me, but I'm always interested to see what an author's writing is like. I found the writing to be novice-level, but probably relatable to a lot of people. Seeing that it deals with self-help for people with anxiety, I thought it might not lean into faith-based answers too much, but that's pretty much all this book is. Not interested.
