I generally don't prefer Christian self help books because I believe that everyone has a personal relationship with God. Accordingly, much of the advice in those books seems either watered down or not applicable to me. It was the same with this First Impression, which was disappointing because I struggle with anxiety and hoped to glean something. Unfortunately, this was a miss for me.
