This was the first book I’ve read by these authors and I’m sorry to say it will be my last.
I did not like this book. I felt the entire book was a cat and mouse game between the two main characters.
Sebastian is arrogant and a bit of a womanizer. The fact that the character-Abbi falls for him is ridiculous. Abbi is painted as a strong woman who owns her own business but she caves to Sebastian and his quirks. I’m not a fan of the dominant, sexy, yet degrading, misogynistic jerk.
This book is a quick read and for those that like the fifty shades genre (Or what I presume, having not read those either), you might like it. I’ll stick with my mystery/suspense genre.
