I want to like this book...I’m just not sure it’s possible. This was a very fast read and I believe that’s due to the writing style of the authors, which earned the second star rating. The first star is for effort. The characters were flat, unbelievable and relationships had zero realistic development. Are we really to believe (and take seriously) that this young “super professional and determined” young female entrepreneur would be so naive and careless? I found it laughable that we are supposed to even root for this “Sebastian” and that our lead female character wouldn’t even flinch as the frequency in which he uses call girls. Sorry, there’s just too much that doesn’t add up here and no reason to care about any of our characters.
