With the help of her sister-in-law, Rio, Abbigail Gibson is building her business, Abstract Catering, with two of the wealthiest and powerful men in LA as two of her clients. She is young, ambitious and has no time for men, so of course both of these men, fierce rivals, are interested in her. However, it is Sebastian Shark, CEO of Shark Enterprises, whose attraction she is trying to fight. There are only 3 people in the world that he cares about: his sister Pia, his niece,Vera, and his best friend and partner, Grant Twombley. His lifelong dream of building The Edge, is close to completion, but he is getting distracted by Abbie and an unknown enemy.

It took me half way through the book, after their histories were revealed to explain their characters, before I even cared enough about them and then the book ended with a cliffhanger. While I enjoy reading series, in which each book is about a different couple(s), I do not like serials, which stretch out, what should be one book into two, three or more. If Gone With The Wind and The Hobbit, among others, were one volume, so should these be. It's not like these are long books like the Harry Potter series. This was only 305 pages.

I won a copy of this book from Bookish.com. this is my voluntary and unbiased review.
