This was a fun beginning. I like that there are dual perspectives for both the hero and heroine. This preview sets a pretty good scene to just get to know the characters. The dialogue varies from funny to silly, but this seems like a read that could easily grow on me due to the charm of the characters. Based on the plot summary, I'm really curious if there will be heightened tension with some kind of suspense and action later on. Something about the cover though- I don't think yellow and black is a great color scheme. Maybe red or dark blue would be better. I'd initially assumed this wasn't a romance until reading the summary. For some reason the cover style just doesn't bring romance to mind.
