This book was truly amazing! It was one of the quickest reads of my year! I absolutely fell for Hannah and Jacob and devoured their story in about 24 hours! This is the perfect YA romcom and I love that their Korean moms were such influential people in their kids lives and personalities. So many books put the parents against their children and that makes my heart so sad. I believed that Jacob and Hannah were real people and their problems seemed real as did the consequences of their choices. So often the problems faced in books are unrealistic, and while I am not a famous K-pop star, I believed Jacob was, and it was plaguing his every thought and decision. The person I related to the most was Hannah. She was always worried she wasn't enough. American enough, Korean enough, a good enough daughter/sister/girlfriend. As a biracial person this struggle pulled on my heartstrings and really made me root for this book. I hope everyone picks up this book. It deserves all the praise!
