I wasn't sure if this was a book for me as I know nothing about Korean music or dramas despite them being all the rage these days. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with the ease with which I jumped right into the story through the author's amazingly familiar and comfortable writing.
Like Hannah, I get to learn all about K-pop and K-dramas in this book. I was transported back to my teenage years and reminded of how horrible young heartbreak feels. Then I met Jacob and was instantly drawn into his K-drama acting world. I can't wait to read more and see the sparks fly when Hannah and Jacob are reunited! Will they hate each other still? Or, will they find things in common and forget the past and start anew?
