SPOILER FREE REVIEW: This book wasn't my favorite. I feel like some of this book was predictable. I wasn't as creeped out as I thought I would be. I felt like this book was also drug out and did not need to be as long as it was. There were some aspects that I liked in this book. The atmosphere was perfectly described and I felt the mysterious, creepy vibes of the scene. The writing style was easy to read and I was able to follow along with the plot but like I stated earlier the writing style made the story predictable to me. When picking up a thriller/mystery I want to go in blind and be shocked however with this one I wasn't on edge, I also was not as connected to the characters as much as I thought I would be. There was something missing from this book that led me to only give it a 3 star rating. I think that I am going to have to give up on Young Adult thrillers because there is something about them that just does not tickle my fancy.
