I live in Connecticut and am also fascinated by ghosts and the spiritual world (often watching the Ghost adventures and the Haunted), and I also lost my mom to cancer six years ago. So, this feeling that she is always there is not unfamiliar to me, and as I read the short blurb, I wanted to learn more about the MC immediately. I could relate to her as I read through the First look, and I am drawn into the secrets that she holds in herself. I remember, too, that once Zach Bagan - the host of Ghost adventures - also mentioned that water has a spiritual quality to it, and that's what kept on returning to my mind as I was reading the first look! I love the mystical cover.
