PI - in this case, Perfectly Intriguing

I'm a fan of the Jack Reacher novel series and love the strong females created by Iris Johansen who are the tops and solving crimes. I also love the thriller aspect of these novels in that the main character is always in jeopardy for tracking down the bad guy. This novel, with a female protagonist who is the one who is solving the mystery, sounds the perfect mix of two of my favorite authors. I'm hoping this will be the first in a new series that I can add to my "must read" pile.
