My first impressions of this book, solely based on the cover, was that it looked too creepy and scary for my taste. I'm all for a good thriller but don't like super scary. But the description really peeked my interest and my initial reaction after finishing the sample was...I NEED MORE! I need to know what happens next! Also the main character's internal dialogue is so clever and... badass (for lack of a better term). I love it! I immediately want to know more about this girl and what she's up to in this scene.This author managed to get me hooked on the story in less than 10 pages. Bravo!
