I love strong, snarky female private detectives. They're easily one of my favorite character tropes. Veronica Mars, Jessica Jones, Nevada Baylor, you name it. Because of this, I was instantly intrigued by the synopsis. After reading the six pages given, I'm incredibly interested in reading on. Nikki comes across as incredibly tough and competent, and despite the very short sample, I'm excited to read on!
