Maybe it is just because of the state of the world right now, but the cover with everything burning in the background really spoke to me. It feels very dystopian and intense. The girl on the cover also makes eye contact with the viewer, which is really intriguing. I liked what I've read of this fantasy so far. I can be pretty hit or miss with dystopian fantasy, but everything is working for me with this one so far.
