Savage Legion did not grab my attention, from the cover art to the first few pages. Fantasy is not in my wheelhouse usually, so the story has to really start out well to keep my interest. The short summary of the novel did not help, as it made the book seem all too familiar. Savage Legion is not a book that I would purchase and I am not certain I would even check it out at the library.
