Well, this book kinda scared me because of the plan of Daemon to crash the federal banks. Reading the part where it made the US a cash only place while the government tried to figure out the mess was sobering and made me want to pull out my money out of the bank.

The story itself was non stop action and a fast read with Tyler Jackson doing his best to get a hold of Daemon while Alec was looking for him. That was a bit of cat and mouse game, especially when you add in the FBI and CIA looking for them both too. Tyler was certainly unstoppable and must be immortal as he kept going despite being shot at many times and beat up. That was a bit unbelievable and I prefer my heroes to actually be human with human reactions. It is okay to go to the hospital on occasion to get the bullets out of you. Still, it was an entertaining read and I enjoyed the other characters like Dixie and Pavak. Alec too was interesting and I felt for him because he ended up with the short stick due to a not very nice individual who had originally hired him.

Despite the name (which I am not really a fan of), this was a good book and I enjoyed reading it.
