There is a lot happening here. A lot of people are introduced (seriously, the name dropping left and right) early on and that doesn't seem to really lift. Add to that the fact that a lot of kind of vague stuff is happening in the beginning, and I think I'll have to pass. I do think that the simple, straightforward writing style helped me to keep up much better, but still it's not for me.
