This is a first time read from this author and I requested it because I do love a military thriller. The author is accurate, and he should be as his own experience of the B Squadron working on operations all over the world. Sargent Buckingham is on an Eurostar when terrorists take the 400 passengers hostage. What follows is an action packed read with brave and sad moments. The writing kept me engaged despite the details on weapons and usage as well as gear discussions. Although action packed their is a romantic involvement and that added for me to the storyline but did not take away from the suspense of this story. There are many levels to this story that it will interest readers since of political drama, military details, camaraderie, and lots of blood, and even some humor; you will not be disappointed. A major picture is in the works and it will be interesting to compare but one thing for sure it will be action packed!
