After reading this book, I can't wait for the film! I really hope they stick to the story as it was just really well told and suckered me in! The story has a pretty quick pace and while you are reading it you can actually feel your heart begin to race. You can feel the tension in the story and you hold out hope that this one man can do the unthinkable against all odds. I was unsure if I would be interested in this book, but once I started I had a hard time putting it down. In this time of Covid and being bored out of my mind and stuck in my house, I was so glad I had this book. Instead of being bored with nothing to do, I was worlds away fighting the enemy and trying to save others included someone I loved. I was David facing Goliath. Yet, I knew I was going to win. You never let the small candle of hope go out - this book is just amazing at painting that picture so clearly.
