I loved this little sneak peak of this book! It looks like a perfect read for someone like me needing a warm and fussy get-away from the stressors of life. The authors writing style flowed very well and was beautifully written. Our two main characters are interesting and I love a good family rivalry. My favorite part about this book would have to be the baking/cooking aspect. It seems so warm and wholesome. I will be reading this book as soon as possible because I know this will make me so happy! I've never read from this author before but I've actually found a couple of my favorite authors by winning books on bookishfirst. So you never know, they could turn into a new favorite author. If I win this book I will give it all the love it deserves and pass it on to my closest friends and family members. I just really need a warm and cozy book like this in my life right now.
