I think that this cover is so cute, relatively similar to books that I've seen in the bookstore, but still different enough that it catches my attention.
I love that this love story takes place abroad, with MCs that are not White. As a Hispanic person, I love reading stories that include Hispanic people and seeing the cultures of those characters splayed on the page before me.
I also love a good enemies-to-lovers romance, so this is right up my alley. From the First Look, it looks like Lari is a strong female lead, and I very much love a strong female lead (it's honestly a bummer when they aren't) and I'm glad that she seems to have a plan of action to help out her town! I'm very excited to read this book!
