I really like the modern day set up for this Romeo and Juliet style story. Not only are the two bakery families rivals but it seems like the main characters are going to be very different from each other with one being horrible at cooking and the other being good at it, making them seem incompatible in this short excerpt. I’m intrigued to see where this story goes.
