Great concept, great start, then the whole story gets stuck in quicksand and goes downhill. It’s a story about endings without resolutions. It’s not a thriller yet not sure what genre it would qualify for. Regardless, it couldn’t keep my interest. Missing sister on the island of Saint X and a family that needs answers where there aren’t many to be found. I would have liked to know more about Claire. This book had a lot of potential but just fell a bit short for me. I’m sure I’ll be in the minority for this book. Thank you for the chance to read Saint X. I did think the details of island resorts was interesting and the whole story reminded me of Natalie Holloway to some degree. This is every family’s worst nightmare.
