So the first thing that I noticed while I was trying to read this book was that it is extremely descriptive. While I like the author describing the characters and the scenes to me this author was over descriptive. That may be why I had some trouble getting into the story. I picked it up several times and tried to read it but I could not get past the first few pages. However the story does have an interesting plot I could not get to it. I felt all I was reading was descriptions instead of the story. I wouldn’t go so far as to say I wouldn’t recommend the book because this may be a style that others enjoy. So don’t let my opinion stop you from taking a look and giving it a try. I may even give it another try in hopes of getting to read the story.
